SPARKLING BLANC de NOIRS

This Blanc de Noirs sparkling wine is made using the traditional method, the same method used for (and in!) Champagne. Ours opens with notes of ripe tropical fruit, then delicate bubbles deliver flavors of apricot to the palate. Your nose will chase the subtle yeast aroma; is it toasted brioche or sourdough? Fortunately, the acid leaves a clean finish, resetting your senses and restarting the decision making, sip after sip. Pairs beautifully with a spicy tuna poke bowl and your favorite people on a cool summer evening.

Blanc de Noirs is a French term meaning “white from blacks,” referring to a white wine made from red grapes. Despite the dark skins of grapes, the wine remains pale because the juice is quickly separated from the skins during pressing. Blanc de Noirs wines are known for their fuller body and richer flavors.
