ECHOLANDS x CAPITAL CALL FARM TO TABLE DINNER

At the end of May, we brought a little piece of Walla Walla to Middlebrook Farm in Cumming, IA, for a joint dinner series centered around great wine and great food. Guests enjoyed five locally sourced courses from Chef Grant Gillon, thoughtfully paired with Capital Call wines and selections from our friends at Echolands, who also have midwest connections.

Along the way, Doug Frost (Master Sommelier, Master of Wine), CEO Echolands, Bryan Walters, Walla Walla tasting room manager for Capital Call, and vineyard manager Nick Mackay, who oversees vineyard operations for both Capital Call and Echolands, shared stories from the vineyards and insights into what makes the Walla Walla Valley such a special place to grow grapes.
