CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This cabernet’s bouquet takes you on a trip around the aroma wheel and highlights the best of all the categories. Bold aromas of cherries, berries and currants, with a delicate undertone of green olives, then spiced caramel. The layers of fragrance promise a robust mouth feel, however the palate is delighted to find medium body, integrated acid and tingly tannins, along with a juicy fruit-forwardness that puts this cabernet in a category you don’t often find; a beautiful glass of cabernet that doesn’t require food to complement it; but will shine paired with most bites.
The delicate power of this cabernet is impressive; layers of aroma and flavor, with restrained structure. Delicious now, and will improve for the next decade.
