Blackberry and black cherry on the nose, with dried tarragon and parsley along with hints of graphite and forest floor. Dense and structured tannins on the palate, with more savory herbal notes leading to full, rich midpalate. The finish is long and dry, with ample fine grained tannins.

Wheatfield Vines is a small vineyard nestled in the Walla Walla Valley on the edge of the Blue Mountains. The ideal combination of temperature, soils, and climate provide an extended growing season producing high-quality delicious fruit. The vineyard grows seven grape varietals including Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese, Syrah, Barbera, Nebbiolo, and Cabernet Franc.
The 2021 vintage of the Capital Call Cabernet Sauvignon has an added blacklight feature to the label adding to the ethos of the brand.
