Aromas of cherry and blackberry, then highlights of white pepper. Bold cherry/currant jam flavors followed by a hint of allspice, with a through note of minerality. This medium-bodied blend amplifies the prominent cherry/currant jam notes, while easy tannins offer a successful pairing with lighter fare, including a BLT sandwich or a Cobb salad. Perfect with lunch on a Saturday!
