Together\, we’ll prepare a rich red sauce built with plenty of olive oil and a rolling boil that naturally emulsifies the sauce into something silky\, rich\, and deeply flavorful. \nAlong the way\, we’ll discuss meat blends\, fat content\, seasoning\, grinding\, and the role of milk-soaked bread in creating soft\, tender meatballs that stay juicy and light rather than dense or dry. \nThis classic meatball method can live in countless meals and traditions.
